This is designed for organisations that want us to actively manage and support their government tender submission process over a longer-term engagement, working alongside your team to maximise your probability of success and ongoing capability uplift.
This pricing model has two components:
1. INITIAL ENGAGEMENT FEE
This fee covers initial mobilisation, strategy development, and early-stage effort.

A shared commitment that our client is commercially viable, financial, and operationally capable of delivery.

In other words, our client has “skin in the game” and confirms the opportunity is being pursued seriously.

2. SUCCESS BASED COMMISSION FEE

The "Initial engagement fee" is deducted from the final invoice.
This success-based structure means a significant portion of our fee is only payable when a positive outcome is achieved. This ensures our incentives are fully aligned with your success.
