ACTIVE TENDER MANAGEMENT PRICING

At Win Gov Tenders, our pricing model is designed to align directly with your success, while also ensuring both parties are genuinely committed to achieving a successful tender outcome.

We recognise that government tendering can require a significant investment of time, effort, and specialist expertise. For that reason, our pricing approach is structured to balance affordability, shared commitment, and performance-based reward.

VALUE DRIVEN
PERFORMANCE ALIGNED

For clients seeking a more hands-on, end-to-end service, we offer an Active Tender Management model. This is designed for organisations that want us to actively manage and support their government tender submission process over a longer-term engagement, working alongside your team to maximise your probability of success and ongoing capability uplift.

 

This pricing model has two components:

1. INITIAL ENGAGEMENT FEE

This fee covers initial mobilisation, strategy development, and early-stage effort.

 

Key terms:

  • Non-refundable if unsuccessful, reflecting:

    • A shared commitment that our client is commercially viable, financial, and operationally capable of delivery.

    • In other words, our client has “skin in the game” and confirms the opportunity is being pursued seriously.

    • Value is still obtained through capability uplift, giving clients the choice to pursue further tenders with confidence knowing what to do. 

  • Fully refundable upon success, meaning:

    • 100% deducted from the final commission invoice

    • In other words, we have “skin in the game”- We share in the outcome and only truly succeed when you do

2. SUCCESS BASED COMMISSION FEE

  • A percentage (%) of total contract value

  • Payable only upon successful award and contract execution

  • The "Initial engagement fee" is deducted from the final invoice. 


This success-based structure means a significant portion of our fee is only payable when a positive outcome is achieved. This ensures our incentives are fully aligned with your success.

WHY THIS REPRESENTS EXCEPTIONAL VALUE

BELOW MARKET COMMISSION RATES

Our %-based success fee is significantly below the industry standard charged by traditional commission-based "business development" firms (who commonly charge payout rates of 10% to 20% of the total revenue generated)

HIGHLY COMPETITIVE EFFECTIVE HOURLY RATES

For Active Management engagements, our pricing can equate to as little as ~$89 per hour (ex-GST) based on a $250,000 contract value and typical delivery effort

This compares very favourably to standard consulting rates and represents a compelling alternative to building internal capability or engaging higher-cost revenue generation providers.

LOW RISK ENTRY POINT / SHARED RISK MODEL

To create a fairer and more aligned commercial arrangement than traditional fixed-fee consulting models:
 

  • We place a large portion of our remuneration at risk, linked to winning the tender
     

  • If the client is successful, the Initial Engagement Fee is effectively returned through a deduction from the success commission invoice
     

  • Demonstrates shared commitment (“skin in the game”) on both sides and shared incentive
     

  • Protects both parties from misaligned or non-viable pursuits
